Every person carries their own essence and inner light – their “Sparkle”, as I like to call it. It includes your values, needs, way of living, as well as your goals, wishes and dreams.

Life can be busy and demanding, and it’s easy to lose sight of what truly matters to us. Sometimes, consciously or unconsciously, we find ourselves living out of alignment with who we are and what we want. We drift a little further away from our own Sparkle and rarely take the time to ask ourselves:

“How am I really doing?”
“Am I living a life that feels right for me?”

Through coaching, I aim to support and empower you in discovering, reconnecting with, or strengthening your Sparkle – whether in a specific area of your life or more generally.

Together, we create space for reflection, new perspectives and meaningful change, so that you can shape a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

    Sometimes you simply notice that something no longer feels quite right. Maybe there is a lot going on in your life right now, or maybe there isn’t – but you feel that something needs to change. Whether you already know the direction you want to take or you are still figuring out what exactly should be different, we will explore questions such as:

    What truly matters to me? What brings me joy? What would I like to change? What do I want my future to look like? How can I move towards the life I want to create?

  • Career Guidance for Young Adults & Teenagers

    You may not be entirely sure what you want to do professionally – now or in the future. Perhaps you are unsure how to get there or simply feel overwhelmed by the many possibilities available to you. Together, we explore questions such as:

    What are my strengths? What do I enjoy? What is important to me in life? How do I want to work and live in the future?

  • Self-Discovery, Self-Worth & Confidence

    Get to know yourself on a deeper level, learn to appreciate yourself more, listen to your needs and shape your life according to your values. Discover ways to navigate difficult situations, challenging emotions and thoughts with greater ease, so that you can move through life with more ease and aliveness. Together, we explore your Sparkle:

    What are my emotions trying to tell me? What brings me happiness? What are my resources – my strengths, sources of energy and supportive people? What gives me energy and what drains it? What does a fulfilling life look like for me?

  • Relationships

    Disagreements, misunderstandings, communication challenges, different needs and expectations – every relationship comes with its own set of challenges. Whether you would like to create change within your relationship, prepare for an important conversation or make a decision about your relationship, we will work together to explore what feels right for you and how your Sparkle can shine brightly again. Questions we might explore include:

    What do I appreciate about my relationship? What feels challenging right now? What do I currently need from my partner? What do I need in order to feel truly comfortable and fulfilled within my relationship?

My Approach

As a systemic coach, I support you on your journey – because the answers already lie within you. With curiosity, care and genuine encouragement, I invite you to reconnect with yourself and discover (or rediscover) your Sparkle.

Systemic coaching does not view you in isolation, but as part of the different relationships and areas of life that shape your experience – such as family, partnerships, friendships or work.

The focus is on your strengths, experiences and resources, as well as exploring new perspectives that help you develop your own solutions and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

My Values & Way of Working

I meet you as an equal – with openness, curiosity and a supportive, individual approach. Mindfulness plays an important role in my work: being present, noticing what is happening within and around you, and approaching yourself with kindness and compassion. I support you in finding your own path and offer guidance along the way, without providing ready-made answers.

In my coaching, I draw on:

Coaching & Therapy

Coaching and therapy sometimes use similar methods, but they differ in both purpose and depth.

Coaching supports self-discovery, learning, orientation and change in everyday life. It is intended for people who are psychologically stable and looking for greater clarity, new perspectives or support in navigating a particular challenge or life situation.

Therapy goes beyond this and is important when addressing deeper psychological distress, mental health challenges or clinical conditions that require treatment.

The goal of the coaching process is to support and guide you through the challenges, questions or changes you are facing. Openness.

1. Getting to Know Yourself Better

What makes you who you are? Which parts of yourself do you find difficult to accept? What are your thoughts, emotions and body trying to tell you?

Getting to know and understand yourself more deeply can foster greater openness towards yourself and, in turn, towards others.

Ease.

2. Being at Peace with Yourself and Appreciating Who You Are

How do you deal with challenging emotions and thoughts?
How can you accept yourself just as you are?

Self-compassion is the key to inner harmony. Learning to acknowledge and accept difficult emotions can improve the relationship you have with yourself and bring more ease into your life.

Aliveness.

3. Understanding Your Sources of Well-Being, Joy, Needs and Desires

What brings you joy? What makes you happy?
What do you need in order to feel fulfilled? How do you want to live?

Taking a moment to pause and consciously reflect on your life can be incredibly valuable. While this process can sometimes be challenging, it can also lead to meaningful insights. With greater awareness comes the opportunity to bring more aliveness into your life.

Motivation.

4. Shaping Your Life Around Your Needs and Desires

What do you want your life to look like? What would you like to let go of, keep or invite into your life? How can you make this happen?

Having a clear vision of how you want to live can create both clarity and direction. While change can feel challenging, it can also be deeply motivating. Even small first steps can strengthen your motivation, increase your enjoyment of life and inspire you to keep moving forward.
